Bulletin of Basrah Natural History Museum (BBNHM) (print- ISSN:2709-9202, eISSN:2789-7796) is a peer-reviewed journal publishing original research and reviews in, taxonomy, biodiversity, evolutionary biology, conservation and ecology. BBNHM is published by the University of Basrah, Iraq. It publishes a broad range of systematics papers on all animal phyla from Porifera to Chordata, encompassing traditional taxonomic revisions and descriptions.

Journal Policies:
It is necessary that authors prepare their manuscripts according to established instructions. Failure to follow the journal instructions may lead the submitted manuscripts to be delayed or rejected. Thus, authors are strongly encouraged to read the author guidelines carefully before preparing a manuscript for submission.
The manuscripts should be checked carefully for grammatical, punctuation errors by the authors. All manuscripts are subjected to a peer-review process. The articles published in this journal represent the opinion of the authors and not reflect the official policy of the Bulletin of Basrah Natural History Museum.
